Industrial Sectional Overhead Door
The industrial sectional door is formed by die casting inner and outer double layer steel sheets. The door panel surface is treated with high temperature polyester powder coating, and the core is filled with polyurethane foam insulation. The panel thickness ranges from 40 mm to 50 mm, offering excellent strength, thermal insulation, dust resistance, and wind load resistance.
The track is reinforced with hot dip galvanized steel for added durability. The external torsion spring balance system has a service life of over 50,000 cycles. Sealing strips are available in both internal and external sealing types, providing frost resistance, moisture protection, and thermal insulation.
◆ Safety Features:
The door is equipped with a pneumatic safety edge or infrared sensor that triggers automatic reversal when resistance or an obstacle is detected, preventing injury to vehicles or pedestrians.

The door accommodates various special installation environments, making it particularly suitable for factories, warehouses, equipment rooms, fire parking garages, and similar facilities.
Additional Features:
Door Panel: Thick double layer hot dip galvanized color coated steel sheet, filled with high density polyurethane foam (43 kg/m³). Optional external or internal reinforcement ribs provide resistance against up to Force 12 winds.
Maximum Width: Up to 10 meters.
Spring System: Made of high quality spring steel with special anti corrosion treatment for extended service life.
Balance System: Effectively counterbalances door panel weight, reducing motor load.
Motor & Balance Coordination: The motor works in tandem with the balance system for efficient, effortless operation.
Anti Drop Safety Device: Prevents the door from falling and causing injury to people or property.
Torsion Spring Anti Breakage Protection: Prevents fatigue related spring failure.
Safety Airbag: Stops the door from injuring people or objects during downward movement.
Motor Selection: Motor type is selected based on door weight and opening frequency. Options include low noise, energy efficient, and durable models. Manual operation is available as an option.
